I can’t even load into the game and it keeps saying that an error occurred. I already put in a ticket with support and I haven’t received anything yet if it got fixed yet it’s been sent to the correct department to see if it can be fixed and nothing I also did everything that it suggested to fix it on the iPhone

Screen freezes at the Fortune Tellers Shop. I can’t access the ability to leave the screen notwithstanding getting the awards. This has been happening for the past week. If I leave the game overnight, I can once again play when I start up, but once I win and the screen automatically goes to the Fortune Tellers Shop and the freezes. I enjoy the game and greatly appreciate the graphics, it it’s becoming totally frustrating because of this problem.

My game just forced me to do an update and I’ve lost everything. I was a couple/few thousand levels in (not sure how many exactly but been playing for well over a year) and the entire game has reset and now I have to start from scratch. What is going on?
