Rummickub does not boot up. The timing load wheel keeps turning but Rummickub does not load up so I can play. What is the fix for this.?

From South Africa Connectivity problems. Keeps saying that the connection is not strong enough to play against live players. This has only happened consistently throughout the past 24 hours.
I have been using the free rummicub app for over 2 years and suddenly it has stopped working. When I try to connect through Facebook I get an error message which states that the app is not active.
