I use the app on my iPad. Sometimes it feels like the touchscreen does not work. However this problem is exclusively occurring on the rimmicub app. Any ideas how to resolve? Thank you If I reinstall the app, how can I ensure that my profile and saved coins remain valid?

From South Africa Connectivity problems. Keeps saying that the connection is not strong enough to play against live players. This has only happened consistently throughout the past 24 hours.

I have been using the free rummicub app for over 2 years and suddenly it has stopped working. When I try to connect through Facebook I get an error message which states that the app is not active.
