I'm trying to redeem my rewards for a show in Las Vegas, and I've been getting the following error for 16 hours now. I called the number in the error message but they can't fix it and told me myvegas app was down and to contact them directly. Here's the message I see when I click the redemption link: "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please follow the instruction found in the error message below. Sorry, we were unable to process your myVegas reward (system error). Please try again later or call the myVegas Loyalty Redemption Center at 855.881.6074 for assistance."
