the app opens but will not progress any further

Game won't load. it stops loading at about 3/4 of loading.

JW still doesn’t work. I think everyone of us that has had problems should be given extra points to play. Message pops up my saying my Network is lost. Sorry my Network is working fine ever where else. Please get your Server fixed. Reason I said we should receive points is because we can’t log on to play and it’s not fair we’re not able to get points when your server is down. I play JW all day and have for years and it’s the best game online to play. I’m sure we’re all frustrated your Server has been broken. Thanks.

Game hasn’t connected since yesterday ! Says my connection lost but, my connection works on everything else online. I’ve uninstalled game and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Still nothing.

JW was working fine last night at 12 midnite..got up this am at 7....could not, still can't load on my tablet....phone game is working ok....have called Samsung and Spectrum....not them...need Help

Hi , Game hasn’t worked since last night. Message keeps saying internet connection which my internet is working fine. I’ve even uninstalled then reinstalled the app. It’s worked fine for years until last night. Now it won’t let me message you.

when I open games in jackpot quest, they open in a small window instead of full screen cannot resize to show game..

Game just takes coins away even when it lands on a winning combination. And they never compensate for lost coins or game error

I was playing jackpot world around 3pm Philippine Time, when my game suddenly stopped. I cannot play all the games then until this time.

I can be right in the middle of a game and then it crashes closes right out! Why does it do that? I've uninstalled it. Reinstalled it. It works for a little bit then starts doing it again. Everything is up to date. I have plenty of memory. I love this game but it's so irritating. I miss out on a lot of rewards because of it
