Game hasn't loaded all day. Gets to main screen and stops loading 3/4 of the way.

Has not loaded all day, Gets to main screen on load, then just stalls with a blue circle spinning around a blue diamond, says something to do with an upgrade, its been 1 hour that i let it sit there and try and load, no dice

I can be right in the middle of a game and then it crashes closes right out! Why does it do that? I've uninstalled it. Reinstalled it. It works for a little bit then starts doing it again. Everything is up to date. I have plenty of memory. I love this game but it's so irritating. I miss out on a lot of rewards because of it
