Is Match Triple 3D Down?

When you choose to see publicity for having extra time or for having an extra chance, the publicity doesn’t avance. It’s blocked. So finally you have to quit the game and you lose each time one live what is really frustrating. I play this game I think for years, but it’s only the last week that I I experience these problems.

I was on level 400 something and when I went on two days ago it had me beginning all over.

On 8/22, I tried purchasing a Triple Match 3D Ultra Bundle for $79.99. The app accepted my apple ID/password, but showed the purchase did not go through. I tried 4 more times, but it showed purchase failed each time. I then tried purchasing the "pick one sale" for $59.99, but that failed, so last I tried purchasing the "huge coin pack" for $54.99, which failed as well. I made 7 attempts total and all failed to load. The next day, I received 7 apple receipts, totaling $557.42. I immediately went to the game app, but all my games were completely erased and I was close to 600 games played. The app appears as if I'm brand new to the game. What do I do????? I've reached out to support on the app and received a reply from "Danielle Me" stating the app is experiencing technical difficulties. There was no response to the money taken. I feel like fraud has taken place. I have proof of my 7 apple receipts, dated 8/22 for Match Triple 3D. I need help ASAP!

Triple Match 3D game started me back on level one. how can i get this restored to my current level?

I was on 3300 level , paid for no ads , taken me back to level one and wanting money to remove ads .. no response from boombox

Tried purchasing for two days without success,but yet receive emails with receipts for purchase.

I lost my team and ability to ask for lives and started getting slammed with ads after each game. Not enjoying it anymore with this mess

Game reset me to first level. I was in the 800s.

I was on level ~5400 yesterday. Today, it took me back to level 1.

This morning I Had to update Terms and conditions I did that and it started me back at level one I remove the app and reinstalled it that did not work I’m very upset I was on level 2000 and I don’t want to start back at the beginning

I was at a level high in the 3000’s and it started me over today.

Playing game # 1254 I had 103 coins try to use 100 but it took the 100 coins & I didn’t get the extra time…😳 I want my coins back please!!! 😊

If I reload I will have to start from the beginning… which I’m not prepared to do

I am at level 7293. The last few levels are putting the tiles out in groups of three near each other. It has suddenly become too too easy.

Freezing and such a great game ive tried others but I come right back to triple match. Please solve issues
