google photos not loading. empty blank white squares. storage and capacity shows used but no images visible. Select Albums and receive Error 500. Seems to be thousands of reports from US and EU - so a wider issue that Google are likely aware of. Not specific to my devices - which is reassuring at least.

My photos are not downloading !!!!!!!!!!! then after HOURS they downloaded to a new file - in explorer the file shows as a book with the photos and when I open it there is NOTHING there????? how can that possibly be?
