Can't download and install Evony 5.0 on my Android.

The server was experiencing technical issues today and now at least one of my generals is gone… meaning I can not select General to perform a task because it doesn’t show in my list of General I have. More may be missing but I have identified at least one name Bertrand du guesclin. Please fix this and restore my access to all my generals I have. I did not delete General.

04/22/2023 not long before server refresh my friend told me he got the message “someone logged into your account”. That time his power was 2.5 B. I recommended him to change his password and contact customer support. Some time later I noticed that his power had decreased to 204 mln. My first thought was that it was a glitch cuz I already faced power decrease glitches before but messaged him asking what happened. He said he couldn’t find his troops. We thought a hacker dismissed them, but in the first and, unfortunately, last reply customer support said “we find your power is 2,455,784,406. Could you please check it again in the game”(Jack F). We checked, he even reinstalled the game but nothing has changed. Power was still 204 mln and there were no troops. He messaged again with the screens but customer support still hasn't replied. Finally a new update came and all our alliance was hoping evony fix this problem with our friend, but still there’s neither reply from customer support, nor fixing. Could you please explain what has happened and when this problem will be fixed cuz my friend cannot participate in any war event now. SVS is coming and it’s a great loss not only for our alliance but for the whole server. My friend’s id 197011584, server 1171

Game is hanging on load screen. Message we are the victim of black magic. Cleared cache. Cleared data . Installed latest version. No apps running . Plenty of space. I Uninstalled and reinstalled amd it goes to culture select. I select culture and get black screen with no music. Are you doing something? And in case my troups are killed and robbed are you renew them to the full exxtend?

Login will not complete banner still running i cleared cach no help than i uninstalled than i reinstalled but i get to part were i pick a city type than the screen go black and does not load looks like the new update that was just done is the problem

The game says I don’t have enough space on my phone to install the update. My phone is a new iPhone 14. I have plenty of space.

I get the update screen and then the dark magic screen overlays and I cannot update or start the game. My internet is working properly

Game will not load. Error message is “insufficient space “ even though plenty is still available on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

After the update I have not been able to get back on. For the last 8 hours - The Dark Magic issue comes up and my internet is perfect.

Stamina consumed to join rallies, shows as joined. Troops are ‘preparing’ but then immediately return home without joining (but stamina has been consumed without any rewards)

Evony is stuck on loading screen and indicating it is checking for updates. Updated last night. Reinstalled after issue this evening. Game is still down and Google Play is showing no new updates required.

Game will not open at all. Afraid I’m going to lose progress without a bubble. It goes about a 1/3 of the way loaded and freezes. Has been like this all day!! Please please please help!!

Got the same problem here, since the update 4.36.2, it just jump out from the black screen every time when I try to get in, 4.36.3 still have the same problem. something might be crashing in old version phone. Pls re update so I could login for bubblesssss

Every since latest update I have no audio only with evony. That was Friday I have notified them and Saturday's response was they were aware of the issue but it is still not resolved.

Having trouble on the PC side. There server processing speed is really slow. I get the red error icon quite a bit. I never have this problem with the phone. Reboots do not work.

i am using an I-Pad and i can not get online game gets to load screen and sys network issues try again later black magic at work. i have a good internet connection, help desk want me to pay for a may be able to fix. Not happening, it was ok till there update.

Not been able to log in for 6 hours, I’ve deleted and reinstalled, switched phone on and off, reset settings and it still doesn’t work. No response from Evony help desk. Spoke to my server on discord and many have the same issue. Dark magic error message.

Loading and experiencing black magic for more than 4 hours already. Now SVS going, and missed battle of Constantinopole. Very unfair!!! Is evony doing anything to fix? I cleared cache, reloaded my tab, reloaded the internet modem.... I have fully internet working, only evony experiencing magic

Not loading or opening due to dark magic's. My concern is that it's server war and my 8 hour bubble will fall soon. It's not fair to lose all I have built because of server issue

i am using windows pc, and i can not get online game gets to load screen and sys network issues try again later i have a good internet connection and i cleared my cache , tried a different browser , tried to download and install a update but same fail each try i am using chrome and i updated that also. any sugjestions?

The game crashes every couple of minutes to couple of seconds. I’m new to the game but this is a bit of a joke. I’m only here for the puzzles

I flew from Phoenix to NYC today. When I got off the plane,the game had crashed.

My world map keep switching colors, but it doesn’t show me the actual graphics, the grass etc doesn’t show , this makes the game harder to play.

Game keeps freezing while playing. Oftentimes, almost always kicks you out when you try to open Wheel of Fortune. Red exclamation mark pops up on screen constantly, making you wait 5 minutes to do everything. So buggy it is next to unplayable anymore. Game owners seem too busy trying to make money to fix their servers / application issues.

The game will not load at all. It is saying checking updates even though there is no update to be done. Right when we have server war starting too 🤦‍♀️ get this sorted or compensate 899 for this problem

City map etc is OK. The larger servermap gives no terrain but flashes instead (brown, blue, yellow, green). Only the terrain disappeared, buildings, monsters, resources etc. are visible.
