we purchased ARBS game online via the Nintendo e-shop for SWITCH in December 2023, and my Son has played it and designed and saved around 150 Animals. Now when we try to save a new modified Animal, it states... "The Software Was Closed Because An Error Occurred" And it takes you back to the home screen without saving the ANIMAL. I have gone back and forth with Nintendo about how to resolve this issue (instructions at the bottom of this email of what they have asked me to do to try and rectify the issue) I tried it all and it still doesn't work. Kindly advise what I can do (hopefully not losing all our progress too)

It wont let me navigate the first screen on nintendo. The version is 1.0.0 wich is not the real version. Please give me a fix here.

When i tried to place the t rex head on a unit it was upside Down and When i tried to place an up right torso backwards to make the blue side face the front and white side face the back but i couldnt even When i placed it the other way. This feels very limiting and i would be grateful to have this fixed. Thank you for listening.
