How to Solve Mail.com Down or Outage Issues

If Mail.com is down for you too, the server might be overloaded or unreachable because of network problems, outages or a website maintenance is in progress.

I can't send or receive messages from my phone (permanenty logged in) and when I try from my laptop I can't log in and get an (unspecified) error message. It was definitely working about 12 hours ago.
