No website nor emails since Thursday. It is Monday 10 Oct now. This is ridiculous. I am losing business and can't do anything about it! Very frustrating. I called them at 6am after 40min waiting. Nothing resolved, no estimate on time for resolving the issue provided.

Crazy Domains emails have been down on and off for last 3 days. Have lost a lot of client business. How long does it take to fix a server, maybe they should just buy a new one. Need to get access to email server, so we can find alternative reliable hosting.

For anyone on hold in the long queue this morning because they have no email or webpage. This is what you'll likely be told: - your hosting server is not working. They will escalate the case to their Server Support. - Then when pressing further this is all they would give me "There is a reported issue with our server and is currently being worked on by our higher supports". - and then of course they "cannot provide you with a specific time frame since it will be escalated to the appropriate department, however, rest assured that we will be working on it as fast as we can." Good luck everyone! I waited about 2.5hrs to be connected via live chat (about 7.30am to just now, almost 10am on Monday, 10 Oct 22). Feeling for the live chat/call centre operators, I bet they're copping it even though they're not the ones that caused it or fixing it.

Must be more problems than indicated above, no email, no website. Currently 106th in the queue before 8am on Monday morning... can't imagine how many that will jump to after 8/8.30am!

Website is down, email is down, service is rubbish, has to cope with angry clients, and cannot access online applications or the apps. Extremely frustrated, was on the phone just now, sent them an email and received useless replies, it is like they don’t even care! They asked me to optimise the website, even though I keep getting the 403 Forbidden errors, 100% incompetent
