Is Unsolved Down?

I can’t click on anything once continuing a story. The screen is darker and I have tried closing the app and reopening and have also tried restarting my phone but it is still the same

Game mouse is unresponsive. It worked fine throughout the game until I got to the one of the mini games where you look for objects. The mouse is unresponsive. The game I am playing is Noir Chronicles: City of Crime. I have double checked my computer mouse and it is charged and working fine outside of the game. It seems like things went south after my Mac updated last night to Sonoma macOS 14.2.1

Ever since the 17 IOS update my app on my ipad opens to a black screen and nothing else. I contacted them and told them the issue and have had no response. I have tried all the recommendations but it still doesn't work.

I just installed the iOS 17 update to my iPad and now the app opens to a black screen. I’ve tried all recommended fixes: restarting my iPad, resetting the network, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success. It continues to only open to a black screen, but now the sound is gone as well (prior to uninstalling I still got the sound).

Everytime I click on the game it completely goes off I've been trying since the game update but I've been having issues with it ever since.

My husband has been playing this game for nearly a day. On multiple occasions, he's had to reset his phone as the game crashes and the same point (at 58 minutes ) and he can't get any further. Also two lives are used up even before he's done anything.
