I’ve complained for two months with no results from customer service until today and they said” have you tried restarting your phone” lol wow what waste of time. It loads to the game screen then crashes and once in about 40-100 tries it loads. I quit the game today and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER GAME. The service is flawed and as most rich companies are they are unwilling to fix problems unless they have to go to court. This game is garbage.
