Is Highrise Down?

Everytime I try to watch an ad for coins or grabs or at all, I get a pop up that says "There's no videos for now. Check back tomorrow! " when I haven't watched a single video, and this is keeping it so I cannot complete my first tasks of high rise - 3 grabs. Please fix this, I've literally tried everything.

Highrise adverts don't work. So my daily energy and bubbles wheel is inaccessible... with a message saying "try again later" I've deleted, removed cache, uninstalled and it won't work. My other games have adverts. Only started happening around two weeks ago and I've not had a problem for years until now.

A. No surveys show up under the tab, wherest they are suppost to be B. I can't ever get more than the first award, because "ads not available, come back tomorrow" I've had this game on three separate devices, over the past (almost) year, and still can't figure out how to fix it. I've tried Resetting ad ID, uninstalling then reinstalling, etc. I have a new phone (released in late 2022) with latest software, and it STILL doesn't work!

The game is not letting me in it says"connection time out please try again" What do I do the username is "Jenishadaisy"

There’s no next button

My account was suspended stating that age issue problems but i am above the minor age of HR and i even provided proof but got no response and my account hasn't been activated yet either.

The wheel isn’t popping up when I click it and I can’t do my daily videos

There is a server issue and can’t get on to high rise

Lucky wheel and ads not working

The lucky wheel is not working and also the ads are not so I can’t get any gold or any bubbles

advertising does not work since yesterday evening, it says "there is no video yet. We are waiting for you tomorrow" I cleared the cache of the game, reinstalled it, but it still does not work, I even did another acc anyway, please fix it

Highrise is not starting it is just keep loading and is not starting from 2 days

I can’t sign up for Highrise even though my birthday is correct.. The “next” button doesn’t show.

On my vivo v15 phone, the game only shows half of the screen only. I dont know why this happens. Pls fix this so i can play on this phone;-;. I can send you guys a screenshot:'D
