App will not open. Frozen on green home page with spinning trying to open.

The app has stopped paying out. I have NOT received payment for the last three games I have won /placed.

I having winning many times last days and almost the time a big values doesnt enter in my account What i have to do

It’s just frozen on the 1st green screen. I have $18.00 and like 18000 gems and don’t want to loose them.

When playing an ad pops up in the middle of the game. This happens multiple times during the game

Just joined and it asked me for a payment method (Apple, Debit Card, Venmo or PayPal) I’ve tried to enter all 4 and it tells me “oops, that deposit is not available per your states law”

Wont let me withdrawal my money out. It's saying my password needs 6-20 characters one letter and one number and my password has it

When I open the app it will load passed the white page which reads, aviagames, then it loads the green page and it's frozen at that point for as long as I have the app open, (an hour).

When I open the app it loads through the white page which reads, aviagames, then the next page is green and it stays on that page frozen as long as the app is open, it won't process into the game any further.

I deleted the app and a few days later reloaded. It won’t accept my email address (says ‘invalid’) dvance@san.rr.com and I don’t have my password.

Says it’s not a valid address Been trying for 5 days to recover Done everything

Says new update available but galaxy store says its up to date. It won't even go past the loading screen, or let you bypass update.

Tried loading update but it froze. Tried several times with same outcome
