Is Raft Survival Down?

I HAVE REACHED A POINT IN THE GAME WHERE I AM STUCK. THERE IS NOWHERE TO GO. IT IS LIKE THE GAME HAS NOT UPDATED THAT SOMETHING HAPPENED SO I CAN NO LONGER PLAY

I have 2 problems. First I collected 10 canned food from my mailbox I got from the tournament, but they didn’t show up in my inventory and are not in my mailbox anymore either. Same with the gun and the coins I collected didn’t show up in my coins either. My other problem is when I try to watch videos to collect the other things in my mailbox I earned from the tournament it tells me I need to wait 0 minutes and 0 seconds and then the time ticks backwards from that to -1 second, -2 seconds and so on. I haven’t watched ads for anything today except the ones that pop up automatically while playing. And I noticed there was an update so I did that but that didn’t fix either problem. Now sometimes when I click the mystery boxes in my mailbox nothing at all happens, other times the time ticks backwards. Also, since the update there’s probably 1/3 of the items there used to be floating to my raft but maybe that was intentionally changed.
