Is MY HERO ULTRA IMPACT Down?

I can't even start playing, because it gives me error 2. Unfortunately Google don't work on my phone, so I can't restart the app. Is there any ways it can be somehow fixed?

I too have the cinematics bug... I contacted the developers several times and did absolutely everything they told me to do like clearing the cache via the title screen, uninstalling the game, dl everything on the title screen, clearing the cache via the title screen, going to check my connection which is however very good, making room while there was still some, closing all the applications in the background, I even tried on another phone by creating a new account and absolutely NOTHING changes and even on an emulator still NOTHING. I didn't have any problem with the game, because before it was working fine for me, it was happening during the "going undercover daily life of the MLA" event so it's coming from the game not the phones! especially since it's only related to the cinematic you can play normally but it ruins all the fun not being able to enjoy the events or the main story! so please to all the people who have this same bug contact the devs so that they move because it's been more than 2 weeks that I tried to contact them again and no answer from them and it's starting to be irritating it's been several months now that this bug is there and with each update I hope that it will be solved in vain so contact the devs

Stories are not loading. It always gives me a grey background and I have to skip them :(

The stories are not working. I can't read the stories of any quest, including main quest, case file and event quest. Only have a grey background no images no text nothing...

I cant play my game its showing error code 3,or 2 whatever.I cant play game because you think some of us hack or modding game,i am playing normally but sometimes false hacking or modding can be positive.Please guys fix the game,i didnt hacked or used modded app.Its all because of your safety net.Just please fix game so i can play normally again pleaseee<3.

Whenever i have a story for whatever in campaign or in every events, the screen turn grey and all i can do is skip the story !!!

When i launch the game and click on the menu, it will show an error “An error has occured. Returning to title menu” I have restarted the game, redownloaded the game and resetted my phone too. So far nothing has worked out. Please help me out
