Error box comes up and the game won’t work because it need to be reset. This keeps coming up constantly when I exit a game board I am playing. Why is this happening? Can it be corrected?

Error message that says an error was detected and to restart game. Have gotten this message at lease 30 mines. I get it when changing slot games or when look to see remaining time until I get free income. It no longer shows time remaining until next income available. I have restarted at least 30 times and have shut off my phone and restarted twice. Problem still occurs. Bi don’t want to loose my progress in the game as I have completed all privileges and quests. I am on level 700 and only have 5 more slot machines left to get access to.
