Login failed. Cannot connect to server and say to check network connection. Connection is good can play other games that use internet.

I have not been able to login to the game for over a day. It says cannot connect to the server, check your network connection. My network connection is over 350 mbps and other games do not have problems. I have tried all of the suggestions to no avail. I am on server 191 and play on an iPad and have for months. I even tried it on my Android phone but server 191 was ghosted out and not available.Have I lost all the money I recently spent including the day it stopped working?

Game doesn't launch, returns to previous screen before load in. Have tried all suggested uninstall reinstall with no success. Worked briefly but all save progress data and in app purchases were lost.
