Game will not load. Says I’m not connected to internet. I am.
the game is not downloading server gets so far then stops was working yesterday
Serve issue
Game will not open, cannot connect to server. Reload. I have already cleared cache, shut down and restarted device.
i am registered as a guest, downloading resources stops at 50% never goes any higher, cleared my cache have lots of room on my device, stumped!
Game shuts down when I score some/any points from destroying any object. Gaming on iPad. iPad OS Version 18.3.1
Only loading to 38% or says "under construction"
After the last update the game does not load. I get a message that I'm not signed in when I am using other games from that app from amazon.
My game won't load and a pop up tells me I'm not signed in to the app store but all my other Apps have no issues I've tried clearing my cache and no improvement.
The new update has left the game frozen over a tree with a yellow arrow pointing downwards at it in Gabriel's park following the new update and will not go into any other screen even after closing down game and turning off device

Can't log in, server hangs, asks me to login with google then it just stays on the seasonal splash screen with the sheep and gabriela. I can see my ID number on the upper left.
Can't login after todays update. Seems to be logged in the background. I can see my login name but the foreground has asking me to sign in with Apple id or google. I am then asked to set up a new account. Tried restarting the iPad. No joy. iPad and Klondike both on latest sw releases
It asked a few times to log in again but crashes before opening and then starts at level 1 but never even opens. It gets stuck in loading.
For the past four days klondike hasn't been able to load and says site is under construction

Klondike won't update
it's been about 24 hrs I can't load the game. Have tried on 2 different browsers. The page comes on but the game itself doesn't load, just tries and says timed out.
The screen is frozen on the site!

I've been unable to start klondike since 19th August, it starts to load then says there was an error. Rebooted tablet several times and Internet connection is fine, all other apps working.
Klondike Adventure will not connect to the server. I have powered my phone on and off, deleted and redone loaded the app, and tried multiple internet sources.
I can't put nothing on my sled
Server connection problems since May 8 in afternoon. Is there a problem on your end? I use iPad and iPhone and reset both and turned in and off network settings and it still won’t connect
