I tried to purchase the new diamond and gold pass for $11.99. Each time I tried it kept saying payment declined. I cancelled started over again same message. The money was available on my card. After doing this cancel and redo several times and getting sane message I quit. Checked the balance on my prepaid card, for each time I tried to purchase this and kept getting declined, you still took the money it giving me my pass. You drained my card of repeatedly charging me and not giving me the pass. My card went from $75 now to $16. Like what????? Charging me over and over for something you wouldn’t give me.

Cant log into game comes up as sign in as guest. Been playing this game for 2 years do not want to loose all my levels im on. How and when do you fix it. I have sent several emails through your contact us page..still nothing!! Apalling to say the least.

Having connection failed since Thursday, 10 Aug. Thought it was my Wifi but it is not. How to resolve it?

Was playing then 'connection issue screen showed however connection is fine and working for all other apps on tablet. Issue is on Jackpot Master side of connection. Issue began about 0610 EDT.

Mission is not loading as well as Dash.

Can't log on to game.Press Jackpot- Master in menu,green bar fills to 100 per cent, then sends me back to menu,This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks, Last time it lasted for almost 2 day s causing me to lose out on many rewards,I received no compensation, I know I play your game at least b5 hours a day , am considering stopping altogether unless problem is fixed and some kind of legitimate compensation is given.

it says it’s checking for updates but won’t load any further, have reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled app, and app is not due any updates but it still wont load

If I delete the game an reinstall the game will I lose all of coins?

Crashing Non stop

I have not been able to play Triple Chilies for 4 days now. I have attempted to contact the support through the game and have not received any additional help. I have an android and I did all of the steps listed to try to resolve the issue. I try to go into the game and it is stuck on the screen saying free games: 10. I can't spin, the free games won't play. This is part of my Quest and I am getting very frustrated that I can't play. Is there any additional help that I can receive to get past this problem on the game?
