If I’m hitting some wins on a table it will randomly disconnect me, and a pop up appears stating “you have been disconnected”. When I log back on it’s zero after zero and this has nothing to do with my network connection I have proof of that. I also have issues when submitting a ticket these are never looked at or even cleared from the dashboard nobody handles them regardless if u are a VIP player or not they sit there unanswered for ever.

Cannot connect keeps saying try my Internet connection but my Internet is fine. Only Jacpot Magic slots will not load. I guess that my place on the star collection tournament will be lost I was 2nd grrrr
