Is Ignite Classic Slots-Casino Down?

I cannot access my Ignite SLOTS777 Classic slots game since attempted to collect the 6 billion coin prize. There was no problem when your company was collecting over $1,000. as I played to reach the prize hence I cannot understand why there is suddenly a problem with a ‘reputable app’ allowing my game to continue. Do I need to report fraud to my bank. I am asking for your help to resolve my issue without delay as there were no delays before.

Ever since they launched the 5th Anniversary celebration, I have been unable to get into the game, it goes thru the process of opening these envelopes and then the App shuts down after the third one. It’s been almost a week now and still no change.

The games only allow one spin and then the game freezes up. I get a triangle warning, inside the triangle is “in spinning” . I have closed the game and restarted it many times but it freezes after one spin. No pins were given in lotto bonus or wheel of stars. This game won’t work and I’m losing out on free wild pin and silver pin. Please fix it.

It keeps taking me to a screen that says you have already collected all the pins and can choose ACE PIN to play ACE MACHINE but it will not let me choose anything to get out of that screen?
