Is Frozen City Down?

Keeps locking up after 1-2 minutes of play.

I can play for a minute at a time cause it keeps freezing on me...it's pissing me me

Account deletion in progress keeps popping up whenever i tried opening the game. It has been almost 12 hours, more or less, since i deleted the game and when i tried restarting the game, the deletion in progress message keeps popping up

The event is not reaponsive: each time I access it, I am locked on a survivor and cannot perform any action; the menu is also unavailable

I deleted my account to start over and now the app has shut me out entirely

I deleted my previous account and right now I can’t play it it says that it’s still in process of deleting my previous account but it’s been 24 hrs since i deleted my previous account.

This is frustrating, just when I had purchased their monthly $9.99 diamond deal it stopped working for me.

Cannot load the game. Seems as the servers are still down. Reckon it’s because it’s the new event came out because that’s not long after the server went down.
