Is Episode Down?

The story is frozen and nothing I do fixes it

cant enter the app a message pops up saying “there was a connection failure. Please retry to connect to the server” it’s been like this for a week now i’ve tried everything from rebooting my phone and network deleting the app but it still repeats that message

Shows Episode title page but won’t go any farther than that , been dealing with this for about a day now.

The writer portal is down and broken. I've been trying to write a new story and it won't even let me get past the initial front page. It'll let me create a title but, that's it.

bro episode ain’t working- whenever I open the app it turns black and kicks me out.. WAAAAAA

Good afternoon, I hope this messege finds you well. I’m hoping you can help, I’ve been trying to read on episode but for some reason anytime I go into a story to read it, it kicks me out of the app, it’s been doing this for about 3 days now and I’ve paid for premium. It’s frustrating as I’m paying for premium and not being able to actually read anything. Kind regards Emily

It saying an error has appear and to refresh in 30 minutes I need to write my final Episode 😭🍿

when i go to buy something it just takes me to the store after i buy it and sits there it doesn’t give me anything or take my money i would like to buy some gems please thank you. -ash

Won't open Google play payment, I can't buy any gems or passes or anything it just says error and sends me back to episode

Just downloaded the app and it will not let me sign in and brings me back too my home page, when I do sign in it says you have logged into your account but then takes me off the app

Episode keeps saying there’s a problem connecting to the server every time I open the app

Episode is not When it was downloading it’s not like opening up so yeah that’s the issue
