That’s a nice way of putting it on a 30 year customer and I’ve seen it become more and more horrible as the years progress. All you wanna do is charge people money for every challenge and make money off of people when everything used to be free. Now you have to buy every single item to complete a challenge. You people have some nerve you ripping us off and guess what I’m reporting you not to Apple, this is a scam that you’re running and I’m done with it and you don’t know what I do for a thing, but you messed with the wrong person and I expect compensation, lots of compensation for the three days that I haven’t been able to make money and have my diamonds and challenges go google it and see how many people would you know your websites down you know there’s a problem with it you need to get in your office and get your whole team together and fix all the problems that you have with this website and stop charging people and ripping them off for money which I’m reporting you to consumer affairs and they can look into it because I’m done you’re ripping people off innocent people innocent people so you could be a billionaire you often nothing on the challenges you make people spend tons and tons of diamonds and money for one item and then they have to work so hard to get more money. I’m a 30 year customer this has been down for three days now fix it. I’ve lost thousands of points and diamonds and I can’t do the challenges for three days now nothing is working it freezes it doesn’t let you touch anything fix it. This is getting ridiculous now I want compensation for everything I want diamonds I want compensation for all this inconvenience immediately. I want you to fix this immediately. This is the only game that I play that gives me relaxation and it’s not working and it’s frustrating me now at this point because it takes all day and all it does is spin, spin freeze. It doesn’t let you do nothing, I want compensation immediately and I want you to fix it immediately do your part for the customer this is getting out of hand

Nothing is working for three days I want compensation of a 30 year customer. This is getting out of hand with you guys. It’s just buffering it’s freezing it’s not working I’ve lost in three days tons and tons of money. I want conversation for this. This is ridiculous. I looked online and I see everybody in the whole world is having the same problem so I know that you know that there’s something wrong with your app, you better fix it and I want money and diamonds to compensate for this inconvenience. This is not right how you run your business fix the damn thing already because it’s unacceptable and I’m not dealing with this fix it. It’s now three days. Customers shouldn’t have to get on the website and complain every other week. There’s a problem get your stuff together and fix it or get rid of the app because now it’s getting more and more of a problem every day.

I have been unable to get on Covet Fashion for 4 days now . I have deleted and uploaded it three times. It keeps saying mismatch data. That game is corrupt.

Facebook "outages" are preventing the possibility to borrow items from other fellow players.

App will not load past the loading garments point. Ut hasn't worked for over a week now. Left two messages on chat, but no response to date. Any idea when app will be functional again?

Game's been crashing all day. I start it, the first page comes up and then it just crashes. I don't get to loading garments or anything. All of my other games work just fine

Covet says I’ve reached borrowing limit for the day even though I’m connected to Facebook and it’s never showed this message before but its giving me the option to borrow as well just not allowing me to submit a look

The results are not showing since yesterday , I cannot redeem gifts

Complete all 7 goals, but am not being credited for the 7th one, using a hair accessory. Tried everything, still not working, and this has happened several times already.

I’ve completed 7 of the daily goals, they’re grayed our and it’s still showing 6/7 since last night, on the “complete 7 goals” tab and has not awarded the 7/7 reward.

Since the latest update, app won't load. Keeps coming up loading issues retry. Nothing happens. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data and cache, force stop and nothing is working. I'm using Android.

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times for several months and each time I go to sign in it just disappears. Like it won't let me have access to the game. I have spent money on my account and can't use it at all.

Whenever I open the app it says connection issues. Tells me to restart and says err.-1
