I have Castle story on multiple devices and have the same problem when you get to the point where you have to set the Royal walls the game freezes after setting it One of the devices is a Android Samsung s6 the other is a Google Pixel 4. I have also tried this using My son's phone which is a Samsung S8 and it does the same thing I cannot proceed in the game until I set the walls and it's quite frustrating

I am on the last phase of Stolen Sweets and cannot get the process to work. I get enough items and then go to the Magic Forge and it looks like it processed and it takes gems, but, then I go back in and it didn't add one on. I have done it 10 times and it just goes back and forth and never adds it in to the total. Screen goes black and I have to start all over again. It doesn't look like I can finish the last step. I have done Delivery Address, Baron's Name Tag and it will not count up. I have reinstalled the game and every other step recommended and it is just not working.

Starfall, can not get into castle story I Yvette been trying all day. Trying to finish challenge, Fantastic Feasts. I had purchased gems to finish and now the servers have been down all day, does not seem fair.

Cannot load Castle Story. Last time it was for 3 werks, then could load 3 days. Then its been off for 11 days, and on for one! This is ridiculous! CS claims they are understaffed!

I have a stable internet connection. Can’t get into castle story. Some days I have a lot of trouble trying to get into castle story. Lots of times I am trying at least 30 times and still can’t get in. Castle story is the only app that I have trouble getting into
