App keeps taking my money then crashing.

On my iPad it starts to load then crashes. Sometimes it gets to 99% then just stops. Any known issues? And what can I do to prevent this from happening again?

screen has been stuck at "Happy New Year" for days, of course I've recently made a deposit. I uninstalled app and reinstalled and it will not accept my password. Three times I have clicked "forgot my password" and it says it emailed a link to me. No email in either inbox or spam. Did they just split with everyone's money?

App has crashed, frozen on screen and can’t play. I have about $51.00 in cash credits that if I close out and restart I will loose all of them

After I sent my first post, I reset my iPhone and this did NOT fix the issue.

Hi! When I try to get into the app, all I get is the screen that has 2023 Happy New Year. Also, there are hands near the bottom and they are waving! The fireworks are changing. It won’t get past this screen. There is nothing to click on. It has been this way for a few days! Thank you for any help!!!

If I could find a site that I can give reviews to, I would. I reinstall like they said and lost everything because there wasn’t an email attached. They say they found my user number and will help me get it back and but an email in it, that was 2 days ago!!!

My bingo for cash games hasn’t been working for the last 24 hours or more but when I look now there is an UPDATE for the app!! It’s now working for me!

When I open the app it doesn’t download. It just shows the main “Happy New Year” screen.

My app is frozen but if I delete it like problem solvers suggest and re download I will loose the $51.00 credit I have, but as it is I can’t unlock it, play it or get into it

No response to email or the support request I have on the app. Since the glitch, I now have 3 user numbers and can’t get to the ones that have money. Don’t play this game. When they have glitches, that don’t help you.

You have to uninstall and install and that should work. I did that and it works fine now

Stuck on Home Screen and not loading. Have tried rebooting phone and logging out of app. It’s been 24 hours now. Don’t want to delete app and lose my $.

App would go black then try to open but stop. I Uninstaller than reinstalled. Now it's not recognizing my email or password. Since Im not sure which password I used I did a reset password and I never received email to reset it.

Only New Year 2023 screen showing. Will not open at all. Have tried all different times today and have tried finding a way to re-open. I enjoy playing and have money in my account. The app has not worked for 24 hours give or take. Hope this is not a scam to keep everyone’s money. That ticket 50 spin get a bing not saying I would have won but I was missing two numbers.

When I click to play the game it starts loading but then boots me out. Sometimes it will even get to 98% downloaded or into the game and then boots me out. Please fix this issue.

I'm trying to withdraw part of my money. When filling out name, address, etc. I can't get past birthdate because the "rolling" scroll for dates keeps jumping and won't stay on my birthdate so I can enter it. Thank you for any help.
