I have never had a problem until a couple days ago trying to deposit. Kept saying transaction error. Where I live service sucks. I'm a live-in caregiver to a lady with Alzheimer's. The other caregiver with different provider has problems clocking in. So I thought it was the area even though I've made many deposits from home. But when I was away from area and could do everything else, still couldn't deposit. I restarted phone. Same thing. Then I Uninstaller. Went to reinstall and can't find the app. Also went to Galaxy store after an extensive search in the Playstore. Do u know what happened.

Hi, for a month I've been trying to talk to the in-game chat about withdrawing and they don't answer me. I just got a new phone a galaxy a13. Before I had that phone I had bingo crush on my previous one. When I switched over from my galaxy S21 to the A13 bingo crush would not transfer over. So now my A13 does not have this app on it. I can't find it anywhere I've searched apps and everything but no luck.
