No internet for a month. April 3 and still ongoing. This is May 1st 2023. We were supposed to be credited with April month free because we haven't had internet. May 1st you took $78.74 out of our bank account. Bunch of crooks ! You don't even come to look at it or tell us what the problem is. Put our dam money back in our account ! Do not give us credit because your credit is obvious no good as you were already supposed to credit us with a month free.
