I paid for order, order wasn’t delivered and they cancelled my orders just because incompetent drivers can’t find the address inspite of full address given. I wish to have refund.
And some time we have good experience with them the food was good and they will serve on time too..
I have faced the same issue two times from Zomato.
So I made an order from Sushi Juntion the other day and it never arrived.
It was given to my guard. - Zomato provided no proof whatsoever that the order was made uppon my request. - the customer support on e-mail keeps sending me the same reply.
Your service is pathetic.
From exploring new restaurants to getting my favorite dishes delivered, Zomato has been my trusted companion. 1.
I places an order and i have already mention my two contact number with them they will reach me.
My issue is that Zoamto is treating restaurants, especially new ones, as s**t.
Bad prices. Good delivery. Decent customer service. Good variety.
I always giving them all kind and type of feedback to improve but no improvement .
If your driver can’t find address, not my problem. Refund my money back!
I had been experiencing the good services ( Including nice offers ,good customer services, etc) since long back and years.
I am using this app and I have some bad and some good experience with this.
We order through restaurant trusting on these names (zomato) but when it comes to service these guys behave patnetic.
Such a horrible app , my food got misplaced three times in this app.
Now when we complaint them as per their TICKETS process they never give a preper answer and if you are a stuburn person like me they will even close all your tickets even without replying.
As a foodie, I've been using Zomato for years, and it's transformed the way I discover and order food.
its a ford company i just placed to Chinese king pune, the address got wrong i want talking to the customer care the cancelled my order and didnt even refund my money. thief looting people money. do not use this its a totally ford app when i asked the customer care for refund they disconnected me.
They are not even sharing the complaints process on chat support as they dont want to help anything. Replying like robots .
It took them few days and they finally reverted to me that they have cross-checked situation and the delivery partner has confirmed that the order has been delivered.
An excellent Indian startup is zomato.
They falsely lower the rating of their dishes and when the restaurants complaints they even more bring down theor ratings, which I think is a system to forece then to run ads or what ever.
However since last couple of months it's been terrible in the service and problem solutions.
Your customer care is at another level of stupid people because they keep on writing one line, I can’t do anything order is cancelled. I didn’t cancel it.
So finally took the decision to look for something else .
I am using Zomato app and I have ordered food from here many times.
So I can never complaint zomato app for not delivering food or quality as they are just a 3rd party.
I ordered non veg food all three tiems and those three times i recieved veg food and i didnt get a full refund. Where i ordered 900rs. worth of food i got onyl 714rs. refund.
While their services are still quick and they still provide a reasonable discount now and then, they no longer do so for renowned eateries. and they cost far more than genuine restaurants do. price.
I use Zomato to order food quite often and my experience is good.
The worst pathetic service ever.
I have faced some issue in the beginning due to some location problem.
Delivery agent's google map was not working properly and he couldn't deliver food on time.
They didn't dial my number and they will send me the number of the valet whom i called more than 4 times no one receive the call.
