The shoes were not good quality either, they are Chinese products and not the good ones. TOTAL SCAM!
I want to share my experience with Zarandi Amsterdam so that others don’t end up in the same situation.
My husband bought two pairs of shoes for me as a Christmas gift.
Scammers, I ordered 3 different joggers.
The following day they sent a tracking number, showing the other pair of shoes had not been dispatched yet, but even then, they did not cancel it.
After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was only refunded 40% of my money, even though I never received anything!
They delivered only two and also the size was wrong.
Do you think does it make sense.
I want to warn others: be careful if you order from this company!
Request the domain to cancel since it is not at all from EU.
The quality of clothes is very poor, I have never seen clothes as thin as that, while the prices are quite high.
A trustworthy webshop should take responsibility when an order doesn’t arrive.
