After some misorders I had to do some returns.
Chose shirts that were in stock for fast delivery as promised on the site.
Fortunately, "Frank" from Wordans provided invaluable assistance.
I managed to contact one of the support people, Anouk; Who helped me still arrange a return of the products.

I ordered some clothes made from 100% cotton for my father because had a skin surgery.. since I made the order, my father had the surgery, stayed 10 days in hospital, and in 2 days he is coming home... and the clothes are still not shipped... LOL...
When asked if a return of the wrongly sent products is possible in exchange for the right ones, no feedback from the customer service.

When order has finally arrived, the wrong products are delivered.
14 days and the items are still showing "shipping soon".. not received a tracking number and support answering once at 2-3 days, but not a good answer.
I would have understood if the order was already send out but this was not the case.
Their webshop offers a wide range of cool products with plenty of options to choose from.
After making a wrong order, i've contacted Frank of costumer support who helped me out.
communication was rough at the beginning.
Everything was quickly taken care of.
Despite having little information, the effort was still made to look up the invoice we really needed.
I was quickly helped by Anouk Netenders Group.

Regrettably, my attempts to seek assistance from DPD were met with no resolution in sight.
Delivery delays are ridiculous, when asked for an update on where the shipment is, no feedback from customer service.
So if you want reliable delivery and a customer service that is more than a mailbox for not being able to help at all, go somewhere else.
Reply back to Wordans: Your reply is the same standard answer you sent my by email after not being able to do anything.
Even after i didn't respond i got a follow up message on my order.
I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Worst company ever.
All in all they delivered what i asked and i'm happy.
But eventually i got help from Anderson Bueno who answered all my questions and gave me all the info that was needed.
I received something what I didn't ordered and must to call to You to get a rest of the order.
dissapointed the phone did not work but Anouk gave a replay and helped me solve the issue.
I can only say about your employee Anuok, he was wery kind and helpfull.
I wanted to change my order (plain white shirts) but was told this wasn't possible because my order was already processed. my order has been processing for 4 days now and is still not send out.
I contacted the help desk with this issue in less then 24 hours and was told there was nothing for me to do except wait so I could return the order and order again...
Ordered shirts for a bachelor party on May 14.
Will not be ordering here again.
