The clothes, the footwear, the products and the prices are very good but the delivery time takes so long , more than 10 business days and the worst thing is that you have to pay 45 zl of delivery ... it makes no sense to buy at a good price if the delivery is so expensive.
NO one helps you if something goes wrong NO ONE.

Hello, I ordered different Items @ Wildberries and I didn't get any problem, good quality, nice price, correct packaging, except the goods were blocked in Poland about 2 weeks by their shipper, no problem.
As a result, I lost all my patience and have no more desire to make an order there again.
People were happy with extremely low prices, did many orders, suffered from afwul delivery (in thin bags and with many damaged items etc), but the prices were too good to whine.
Apparently they are closing the business but decided to pull an exit scam and keep charging for products they don't send.
I`m waiting for my cash refund for order WBPL1315155282. It is due over a month.
The only answer that I`ve gotten was: "Can you please clarify the date your order was created and its total price?
I have bought 2 Lego sets (60236) on 18 November, they were never sent to me.

It's really upsetting to me that I didn't read reviews about wildberries service before making an order.
I contact them as someone stolen my credit card numers and placed an orders on this website.
Last year I have made many orders in this online shop but recently they have raised quite high price for delivery and limited number of items per one order.
Relatively fair, but these terms should be known before, written in detailes, and properly counted - bc now people have to pay taxes and Zoll Services which are more than what they paid for order!
No contact, no refund, no goods ordered. Is this a scam?
After continuous correspondence with the customer service, I managed to return the cost of the eight undelivered items.
I canceled my order 44 days ago and Manager Dmitriy told me funds would be returned "soon".
It's disgusting the way you treat customers and do not provide actual help with expensive orders like mine.
I haven't got my orders in 1-month meanwhile they should be shipped max in 10 days.
The status of my order has not changed since 3 weeks; sent E-Mail to their service Team, no reply either.
They answered me that they check my return and I have to wait. Then 2 week silence.

Never buy from this shop- they send fake products and dont want to refund money.
I’ve tried to contact customer service to get info about return in my situation. No one answered me.
The delivery took almost a month and I received only seven items.
There is not any explanation about late shipping and the cause.
It’s not about money - Wildberries doesn’t want to follow OWN rules.
I would not suggest Wildberries because of terrible customer service.
Customer service? what customer service I've sent numerous emails to get a refund. Chat sucks too.
At the same time they are not able to put all those 15 items.
I've immediately contacted them explaining the situation providing all the details ( amount, time, date of the orders and the last 4 numero of my cards).
I cannot imagine grown up people with experience in International business are running it. So not well done, wow.
It’s written in their rules they are obliged to return money for the damaged goods and transport - oh I cannot get clear answer about moneyback during 2 months.
I do not recommend anyone to shop on this marketplace, because in case of problems, you will not be able to return your money for the delivery, and the customer service will ignore your requests.
I don`t recommend buying from them.
