Just checked my email and noticed an email from Wayfair to say my order of a chest of drawers had been delivered.
I ALREADY WROTE A REVIEW SAYING HOW GREAT EVERY ONE INVOLVED IN MY TWO PERCHESES WERE AND WHAT GREAT QUALITY 👍 THEY WERE I EVEN SAID WHO THEY WERE/ NAMES.
I would have cancelled the whole thing but I have part of the order built and attached to my wall!
Purchased many items from Wayfair and always been pleased with the products, delivery is excellent and customer service is very good.
To avoid the £20 return fee I agreed to credit as the mattress I wanted to purchase, I already have 2 of these and I know are suitable ( I hadn’t purchased this initially due to different needs of the user).
The site saved the items I viewed seeing them side by side made it easier for me to choose the one i wanted.
If you have to exchange anything, it’s done quickly and with no hassle. A great company!
It looks 10x better than the photos and I’m over the moon.
Not overly impressed at the stage of ordering product it was 3-4 days delivery and my bank account was debited not just pending amount, the delivery hasn’t yet happened but it’s more like 10-12 days!
Easy to sort and quick response from delivery date can't wait for it to come and put summerhouse up.

Contacted customer services who acted like I was incapable of seeing the credit in “My account” until I sent the screenshots showing it was not there a few minutes prior to us speaking.
The frame was not of a very good quality, I have to say.
We stay in a rural area and any delivery van coming up the drive would be noticed immediately.
I have had a very good experience with Wayfair choosing items for my home.
No idea where my order has been delivered but it wasn't to us.
Prices are reasonable, and I am impressed with the swiftness of delivery. A company to go back to!

I couldn’t purchase this at the lower price as no credit was received in the agreed timeframe.
This was a surprise as it was not due to be delivered until tomorrow AND it had not been delivered to our house!
The instructions only increase the chances of damaging your goods.
What I don't like is being constantly reminded of the products i viewed and didn't want to buy.
The little wooden rods came through the wood so many times lost count.
Mattress picked up fine and credit email issued with a 1 working day notice. 2. 5 working days later I’ve had to chase this by which time the mattress has also gone up in price yet advertised now as being on sale.
It was easy to purchase on line and most important i didn't have to wait long for my purchase to arrive.
When I'm looking for something I almost always check Wayfair first and even if it's a little more expensive I prefer to buy from them as it's always a good service.
I liked that you can put the colour of the product that I wanted in the search bar and only got that colour.
Communication was non existent!
Their customer service is ok.. but the courier services they used DHL e courier services was awful I saw that the driver had so many drop off I was 126 in the queue.. in future I will only order one item from Wayfair as they use different couriers as my items were at different warehouses..
Overall we are very pleased with them, they look lovely.
They couldn't give me an explanation on why and i have to now wait another month as they have had to reorder it again and the new date for delivery is the 20/03/2025.
Everything was included except a couple of small screws for one of the doors which we had to replace.
The bed and mattress arrived on time.
They didn't even offer any sort of refund for the inconvenience.
Just a bit surprised how much you charge to return an item. £6. 99 to drop it at a collection point or £10 to collect it from my house.
The instructions and actions required for assembly are very long and parts of it makes no sense.
THE PHONE CALLS, THE FANTASTIC HELP AND EVEN GUIDENCE I GOT RIGHT THROUGH TO THE DELIVERY. ALL GREAT.
The quality of the wood, could've been better.
