The printing is great and the quality of the mugs are also good.

A imagem neles estava tão desfocada que pude deitar fora imediatamente o puzzle para o lixo.
There are no references or guidelines so you can know where are the print limits accordingly with the mug area.

When creating the product and according with the wanapix simulation everything was ok.
Delivery times are not as advertised.
I ordered a personalized puzzle with them, and despite the high-quality photo I uploaded, the puzzle was of poor quality.
The mug came out wrong, both vertically and horizontally.
I've read some reviews here that some people have had troubles with shipping but I had no issues at all.
Ordered from the UK intend at half the cost.
Buying process not as advertised, you are blamed for it and they even reply badly to you.
