They want to survey my bathroom,that's a joke,twice sinced Vivid was formed I was told new bathroom very soon,twice cancelled,even after 3 incompetent and useless surveyors checked bathroom for damp and mould.
Vivid housing are still refusing to secure the carpark with gates as apparently they don't have the funds yet after a Google search it shows that vivid homes made £356 million profits in 2023.
Was in property for six months and needed to replace push down sink plug that wasnt working, was replaced and since then has discoloured and worn but cos I am out of defects stage it is my responsibility so tried to find one even with the original plumbers but message was ignored.
Police now have a suspect as I apprehend him.
I have a lovely home and Vivid do very well to keep all gas and electric services etc up to date.
The workmen did a really good job, left everything tidy and were so friendly.
Without mine I'm unable to get food, medication, doctors appointments etc.
Worst housing association I have ever experienced.
Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was so lovely and very helpful!
Also, whenever flooding occurres no compensation or nothing we are just left out to dry.
Vivid homes have no concern for the welfare of its tenants.
It turns out Vivid's solicitors (Pennington) got the Land Registry paperwork filled in wrong not once, but three times, as they were using trainees!
The lack of care for their customers is terrifying.
Totally shocking. Stole money off me. Breached my gdpr.

I have just contacted Vivid and received incredible customer service.
Just received a stock survey letter from this incompetent company.
Moved in to a new build home a year ago bathroom is so mouldy that the disabled seat has just come off the wall with the tiles and with my disabled partner using it and before u reply to my message VIVID DONT THINK ABOUT SAYING CONTACT U COZ WE DO AND NO ONE LISTENS.. this complaint will be escalated .
My neighbours either side of me have always raised repairs and had them fixed within the month.
A recent matter regarding ASB from my neighbour was quickly resolved by the neighbourhood officer.
They increase their rent and service charge prices for communal areas that look abandoned.
She finished the conversation with we're not just a landlord we're here to help when ever we can!
I had a one off problem paying my rent, the advisor immediately made arrangements to cancel my direct debit, gave me all the details to make the payment when arranged and actually asked if I needed anything like food etc as she lived near and she was happy to help us!
At least airing my disappointment of Vivid on this platform got things off my chest at the time .....
What an awful housing. 3 years of constant hell does nothing about noicy neighbours, a neighbour trying to attack me and refuses to move them and 2x times arson in the past week but refuses to get gates due to funding load of shit!

I have been a shared owner for 18 months now and I wish I hadn't gone with this company.
Do not buy or deal with this company.
There has been two separate arson attacks on my block in St Denys, Southampton this month in our underground carpark.
Eventually a Vivid staff member told us off the record, the details of the (trainee) solicitor they were using, as she said felt sorry for the way we being fobbed off (and probably annoyed at talking to us daily at that point).
Had Dave the window fitter come round, did a brilliant job!
Theres alot of negativity quite often about the trades/ repair team but my experience of them has been a positive one, always friendly and polite.
They’ve been nothing but helpful, they’ve advised us and arranged repairs in a timely manner.
This company is a joke,definitely tenants aren't getting the proper service they're entitled to receive.
How they sleep at night doing what they do is there choice but it's not how I like to live my life.
Do not deal with this company.

Lawn replaced was a shambles and cannot cut it properly but now its my responsibility as conveniently it wasn’t replaced until after a year I moved in.
