I could not be able to purchase DB ticket. the simple "confirm payment" routine now is not enough for some reason.

Please unblock my account, i opened this account few weeks back, yesterday €650 was transferred to me.
This left me without access to any funds at a critical time during my trip.
The new feature with E-invoicing is also quite useful but needs some more work with additional fields (e. g. my own tax ID).
When I attempted to make a payment with my card, not only was my card immediately blocked, but my entire account—along with all of my funds—was frozen.

Upon chatting the customer care they said my account also was blocked. Please this is not good.
It allows payments to many countries with low fees.
The ability to have multiple wallets helps secure funds and makes it easy to manage them.
Not everything can work immediately with all the interfaces, but you get help very well and quickly.
Their investment platforms also work great as I'm always able to buy and sell crypto without any hassles.

Until now, great service, they answer fast to chat questions, instant transfers are free, the app works perfect and their business account is the best one I have found in terms of costs and services.

I’d give 4. 5 stars as my experience with Vivid has been great, but there is always room for improvement.
I am not using all the possibilities yet with Vivid though.
I found many other options to make money with vivid as deposit money with good interst rate, there is site to sale or buy stock shares with good helpful information.
