Vinted’s "protection" offers no real guarantees.
The application is very good.
Worse part is we pay a “buyer protection fee” which in the end is just a way to charge you more for a service you’ll never get.
You offer your clothes and shoes a second life. I love that !
If you sell something and someone ruins it and returns it, YOU pay. I'm appalled.

They always give reason to the buyer even tho items/packages are broken due to forwarder and in this case both should be conpensated.

The customer service is just throwing their very strict rules and terms of service at your face, spitting on your local laws. Be careful.
Shipments are tracked within Vinted, and you can also monitor your orders with statuses like “in progress” or “completed. ” You’ll receive order notifications in the app and via email.
While the clothing on Vinted is very appealing and highly sought after, nothing about Vinted is credible or appealing.
Vinted is a simple and convenient app to use.

No live chats, no customer service telephone number.
I have never had any issue on this platform.
In the end, they didn’t reimburse me claiming the refund had been made even though I showed them my bank statements proving the contrary!
This is unfair and we don't feel treated right.
All this at no cost whatsoever.
They provided zero help when someone hacked to my app and I was scammed, also zero help when my packages got delayed.

Vinted is just a big scam and they have totally profit my shop in different occasions so be careful before using their platform to sell your clothes or items !
also worried about tcheating possibility for buyers that can contest the sended package or transport insane what ever nothing seem protecting the sellers.
They don't help you at all, they don't read the messages that their colleagues have sent.
Waited to get support from vinted Endless loop where I’m somehow assumed to be a scam not putting the parcel in the locker.
Now it’s just become a money making machine and I feel the company is only trying to get its fix from both buyers and sellers.

These kinds of 'businesses', and I use that term very loosely, should not even be allowed to exist.
I tried contacting customer support for months and they didn’t respond to me until I sent help queries repeatedly.
You can add photos and describe the features of your item easily.
You can specify if you want only new articles or new without a tag.
I made 100s since I first signed up, helping me to get rid of the things I don’t need anymore.
Why can't you just hire real people who actually need jobs to do the support instead of this so called "service"?
In this latest case, they didn't respond for 2 days, then told me the deadline had passed and they wouldn't help me.
It's seems like AI both sending repetitive messages that aren't even related to the problem you're asking for.
The platform is easy to navigate, and it’s a great way to find quality items at affordable prices while giving secondhand clothes a new life.
Give us the possibility to deny the sale because after a certain time after uploading the product, it is broken or lost.
