There were some things which were not the size I expected but overall I would recommend.
I definitely recommend vintageladies again.
At first someone from customer service responded and after I declined the offer to get another item for free (I’m also not too happy about the fabric quality) they went silent and are not answering at all anymore.
I ordered my dress on 25th feb 24, it arrived on 24th apr 24, after I wrote several e-mails to kindly ask, where my order is.
Although it came from cologne to sent it back I was asked to sent it to the US.
Excelent customer service.
I was worried about if the gentle pleating would pucker out the fabric and make it poofy to make me look fat, but it didn't.
Another time, I ordered clothes, wich were unfortunatly not suitable.
My contact Person from the customer supprt (Mona) was very kind and accommodating.
So for the 35€ I spend they asket me to pay at least 50€ to sent it back AND they didn't tell me if I would get my money back or not.
I am satisfied as well as the price.
It's better than I was expecting, thin and light on the skin but not transparent.
Kudos to the support team for precision and very friendly ,because the ordered size did not fit.
The quality and desing match the picture.
The mail contact was very helpful and kind.
They claim they send the clothing from Czech republic which is obviously a lie.
Whatever problem I had, they solve it fast and easy for me!
I was immediately sent another one that arrived today (which looked amazing just like the pictures!!

Normally there would have to be a BIG MINUS here, no star at all.

Even if it doesn't fit you, you can contact them trought customer support and exchange it for a bigger/smaller size.
