They refund the money of the product but not of the delivery.
Bought item last Saturday which has not yet been packed.
Now I finally managed so return the packed bur they still charge for the first shipment - this is not refunded.
Instead, just a notification that the order had been shipped.

There is no telephone service and mail responses are only once in a day and with every response the answer is I can cancel your order!
I have been trying to contact customer service , if it was possible to send my package as I am going on holidays soon. Ordered it on tuesday !

Repeatedly emailed them to amend, then cancel an order. No response.
The dress was packaged well and the brands are good at the store, it's just a shame that delivery is so expensive.

The dress I ordered was what I was expecting and delivery was fast but delivery abroad (to Finland) cost a lot and I also paid customs duties on top of that.
Although I have mentioned in every e-mail , don't cancel my order.
I work at customer service too and we always do little extra for customers in emergency.

Villoid has major logistical challenges combined with unresponsive customer service.
