Couldn't have asked for better care when my chihuahua was admitted with breathing difficulties.

They worked with me and my budget and the front desk was really caring and spoke to me about their preventative care payment plan which makes it more manageable.
The vets do not provide a good service, you get the feeling there is a lot of profiteering going on.
I recommend people around the area to use this branch as they treat your pet with special care and the love they deserve.
I am not sure how anyone can trust them with their vets at that branch.
Will be changing vets immediately.

Then being told that, in effect, the vet is unable/incompetent/couldn't be bothered to handle the cat.
Their medication costs are 3 times the cost online and they charge the earth. £70 consult for anything, £65 for a follow up.
Unfortunately vets keep leaving.
They are compassionate, caring and a genuinely talented vet.
Teeth - not checked - ears - not checked - weight - relied on a past check som months earlier.
