This decision made our stay smooth and pleasant - we could use tourist buses to get to all interesting places and didn’t have to worry about anything.
Everything worked as advertised - easy access to every tourist attraction on the list, the buses were convenient to use, even the places that required timed entries were quick to get to. 100% worth the money.
The only location that was not quite ok with the Vienna pass was Schonbrunn Palace - you can only see around 4 rooms and have to pay more to see the whole palace.
The best thing about the Vienna Pass is the convenience—you don’t have to pay separately at each attraction, which makes sightseeing much easier.
It gave me access to selected sites without having to worry about buying individual tickets or standing in long lines – which, honestly, saved me a ton of time.
For someone who wants to see as much as possible in Vienna being first-time visitor this is just perfect.
The only useless thing was the River Cruise as only Route C is eligible for the pass and route C has nothing to see except wall graffiti.
The only thing that was very confusing was the visit Schönbrunn - there are many options and in the end it is not clear what is included or not in Vienna PASS.
The Hop on / Hop off is also good especially the blue line to see the Danube Tower (free entry to the tower as well).
The card offers free entry to over 90 places, including landmarks such as Schönbrunn Palace.
The Vienna Pass was all inclusive.
I wanted to share our recent experience with The Vienna Pass during our family trip to Vienna.
Plan your museum visits according to localizations so you don’t waste a lot of time in buses.
Hopefully you’ll find this helpful.
Moreover, The Vienna Pass includes access to the hop-on-hop-off bus service, which made getting around the city a breeze.
We didn't have a good time in Vienna at all.
Don't buy from them online if you're not already local in Vienna. Waste of time.
While the price of the pass seemed a bit steep at first, by the end of my trip, I knew it was worth every euro.
Without the Pass, I would have missed several sites.
We recently went to Vienna for a week with our teens (16 and 18).
Total value for money especially if you are visiting at least 5-6 of the key museums / architectures of historical value.
We bought it for 4 people and we can not use it for 5 attractions as we have to convert it into physical tickets to Hofburg, Schonbrun Palace and Belvedere.
Audio description on the bus was limited… would not recommend them.
The ability to bypass the line to get in at several locations was wonderful.
If you’re looking for an easy, hassle-free way to explore, the Vienna Pass is worth considering!
Vienna pass is a flexible way to see many sights and public spaces of the city!
It is very good and very profitable.
I feel that Vienna pass was an excelent purchase for my journey.
The staff was very responsive and answered my questions immediately.
We got the two-day pass and appreciated it mostly for the convenience.
A bargain, if you like SIGHTSEEING A LOT on your trip (which we do), since Vienna museums and galleries are otherwise quite expensive.
We loved having the Vienna pass!
Bought a 6 days pass.
We as not able to see those attractions as all the tickets were sold out.
Vienna PASS give me the opportunity to experience Vienna in whole, to visit many of the historical places and museums.
In order to get as many sights as possible you have to run from one to another.
Not only we save lots of money but also save lots of time skipping the queues to buy tickets as well as the entrance to attractions.
Did not ship to correct location and then they're telling me to pick it up.
I really appreciated that most venues allowed us to bypass the ticket counter and scan right in.
Well, we honestly didn’t like it very much.
