Every time I paste a link I copied from one of my twitch clips, it keeps saying “Unknown error occurred”.

The page is not showing up as safe anymore so I can't log in to work. Google is warning that it me be targeted for phishing at this moment. Shows NOT SECURE and won't load the page. really hope it gets fixed soon. I have deadlines with clients and their videos.

Random problems. Timeline bars disappearing, for certain types like Text, image etc and merging over the top of existing audio with new voiceover. Grouping and ungrouping losing various elements. Basically unusable for 2 days now
logging into account produces a blank white screen. Did have 504 server error earlier.

Hi, I tried to record some test video through Veed's native recording application and I couldn't get it to work. It kept trying to upload and go into a recovery mode so I gave up. I wanted to record a short video test to try the new AI eye feature I got in an email today. There might be a connection issue with your browser and it gets interrupted with our servers which causes this issue. We can try to reset the browser. Please try to do the steps below which might help with the problem: 1. Hard refresh the page by clicking the CTRL + F5 buttons (CMD + Shift + R on Mac device) 2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. You can follow the steps here. 3. Open your Chrome browser in incognito mode then try from there. 4. Turn off any VPN, firewall, Adblocker or antivirus if you have any as these may affect your connection to our servers. Hi, I tried again and can send screen shots if this would be helpful but I tried this in incognito mode and it's the same set of issues. I don't think it's advisable to turn off antiivirus and firewall software so I'll pass on trying that as this could impact our company adversely. There is no ad blocker and I believe incognito mode has no resident browser cache or cookies when closed. Thank you for that. Can you try on a computer/laptop that does not have any of those? These softwares can impact cookies and some functions of sites which can cause some problem while you're connecting to our servers. I can try it on a laptop soon but can't disable antivirus or firewall from our systems as we can't afford to get hacked. It has become impossible to download my finished projects. Its been over two weeks of this problem and I am fed back. They have lost a paid customer.

I can't Download my hard work. I Just upgraded to pro today too! How can I cancel? I spent 6 hours on a video and now when I download in MP4 I only get a file Type download and not and MP4. What's up???? Can I get help???
Every time I go to record a video- it tells me that the video will end prematurely because I do not have eough space. And it cuts me off when I am recording. I have plenty of space as on my desktop it says I have 867Gb free. it' svery frustarting and I have chatted with yourstaff and they told me to claer cahe, control-alt=F5 and open in incognito browser- I have tried all of the above but I still keep having this issue and I don't want to have to constantly do all these extra things in order to record beacuse it doesn't work and it clogs up my time. I batch record alot of videos for my youtube channel . when will thisbe fixed? because I am already searching for a better working video editor and I really like everything else about veed but thsi is a HUGE problem for me to continue using Veed.

When I click upload video to add something to the timeline, nothing happens. Same if I drag and drop a file into the window. If the file is large enough, it tells me to subscribe to a monthly pay tier, but I just wanted to test out features using a clip that was under 1 min (<250mb). I'm not going to pay for services if the free trial can't show me that the basics work.
