Is Va Down?

I keep getting error indicating "server not found"! I order my meds on VA.Gov site, check on appointments and check on status of meds. I am literally blocked out of Va medical assistance.

The claims part of VA.gov is down for maintenance since last weekend (April 28, 2025). It isn't allowing for upload or any claim stuff.

Multiple pages not working... Stated maintenance in progress

I can get on va.gov, but can't load claim info for several days

Both VA.gov and My Healthevet are down and have been for several days now.

Chrome cannot get an ip address for va.gov. The site is down. I also attempted call and the VA cannot be reached by phone either. There is some kind of major outage.

DPWBA0311W Unable to contact runtime security services. I got this message while using the Chrome web browser and attempting to login. I was able to resolve the error by using the Microsoft Edge browser.

I can login to VA.gov but when I click on the links, I get a message that says "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end" "Please refresh this page or check back later. We’re here Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET" This has occured multiple times over the past two hours or so.

The people answering phones know 0 customer service skills they don’t wait for you to finish and talk over you it’s a shame they treat veterans and families like trash, it’s a shame horrible people got jobs servicing veterans.

Another negative is that the pharmacy only fills prescriptions by VA doctors.

The medical services there are great, I have been able to get everything I needed and the service exceeded my expectations.

SUCH denials were due to neglect AND outright lies of VA staff lying on veterans saying they either got the care already, or refused the care.

This one is a difficult review only because with certain things, the VA is amazing... but on others, holy hell do they suck.

They have even after the genocide report came out reported even dozens of more thousands of veterans were denied care by systematically reporting veterans refused an appointment or they called them when no calls ever took place and veterans can prove they never were called with their phone logs, and referrals just get cancelled.

VAOIG reported an investigation revealed over 300K veterans died waiting for care.

You sent me over there to protect the American dreams and got me messed up. Now you give me a 9. 11$ raise.

I told a VA Employee I felt like I was going to have a Heart Attack and he said he didn't care.

I’m a retired Naval veteran and I haven’t used VA - but I have walking problems with my ankles and poor back.

They took care of my cataracts and anything I have needed..

These people would not exist without us and not good hearted folks I’ll be finding out from my command team where to complain to for real but this works for now..

They literally hold the keys to your health (literally life and death stuff).

I needed prescriptions filled and had to pay out of my pocket because prescriptions fall into the medical insurance category.

I called back and waited 42 minutes and this time a lady said hello and abruptly hung up on me.

I also had to start taking more meds because trying to work full time with my disabilities is absolutely horrible.

If you have any underline health conditions, YOU MUST STEP UP TO THE PLATE and ask (nicely demand) to see a specialist that can help you.

my bank acciunt closed and there is no one to help me they couldnt update my bank account number or re-route my money to a new bank account.

I requested transportation to VA - Carl Vincent Hospital in Dublin, GA.

I am a rated disabled vet and I have used their support in mental health (they are great there, sooo understaffed) but getting to the point of service isn't easy and there isn't a well established step-by-step guide that will help you from the start to actually seeing a medical doctor.

She has done a great job setting me up with specialty doctors and ordering nicotine patches that I requested.

I read these bad reviews and shake my head..

I don't know who called they didn't leave a message I Have P. T. S. I have reached out to the va on 3/3/23 and was on hold for 44 minutes and after a few brief questions i was asked to hold for 1 minute and abruptly hung up on..

When Community Care told me "No, you cant just ask for therapy" the Advocates did little to nothing in regards of clearing things up.

I m a not combat sailor but served my country honorably.

IT IS A CRIME to keep veterans from getting care by lying in their record saying nothing is wrong with them or they got any appointment already or refused it.

Yes I've been trying to access the V. A.. gov web site for 2 hours trying to find out about labs from a C. P. exam 9/18/2023 because someone from V. A. called around 7:00 p. m. last night didn't here the phone due to my hearing my wife tells me I have a message it's the V. A. it's very unusual to be called at this hour by then so I went to voice mail and they didn't leave a message called back some night operator answered explained that there was no message he tells me ow it problem there scheduling un appointment how does he know making what ifs about there were calling me about speculation what he was doing told me to call tomorrow which is this A. M. already it's 3:19 A. M. 9/20/23 haven't slept all day night thinking shoot it the call must really be important maybe they found something that is bad like cancer or got diabetes again which I don't understand stand that one had it now I don't that's what the doc at the C. P. exam tells me it goes away if your body starts it's own insulin the Dr pharmacist told me two years ago that didn't have to shoot up anymore it's been two years stoped going to the V. A. for about two years because they have jeopardized my life twice serious won't get into how but meanwhile back here at home at 3:28 this morning there's a lot going through my mind from that none message call from the V. A. and am very worried that it's not good all night thinking how will ibtell my wife my grown children if it's bad new how will i handle and proceed if that is the situation here i am worried as hell wondering depressed pissed you name it i got it having to sit here going over what am going to do if I call the V.
