The worst internet TV company in Switzerland so far.
Upc website shows Sunrise phone number if you need to get in touch with them.
Now I am paying around 70 CHF per month with an unstable connection that breaks every 30 min! CHF soon.
Now that they even merged with Sunrise it's a nightmare.
The call center, the billing, the service. To avoid absolutely.
They also have a link to Sunrise web chat.
I came across their website as I was looking for an internet provider.
Just hope you won't be in need of any actual help otherwise it'd be better to straight go to the Ombudscom.
Now, I am just paying and waiting for the 4 years to expire.
If you try to use them as UPC customer however, even though UPC is Sunrise end quote, you'll get literally nothing from them.
No way to cancel subscription except than paying almost 2000 CHF.
