Can not log in, no error is shown or anything. Can not file a complaint either by using contact form. The form does not get load. This is one of the error messages in the dev tools.
i have been trying to pay since 2 days now the payment option is not active and isn't letting me proceed
I wanted to upload some documents for a university since the morning of 15th June but whenever I searched for the university there comes a glitch in the whole search bar saying “no option possible” everytime I login and it was the last day to apply for that Univeristy .. disappointed

After the payment, yesterday (3/22/2024), when I was uploading my application documents to application port (my.uni-assist.de) suddenly the website closed! After that ... When logging in, it gives me warning that the password or email is incorrect. When i can log in, it slows incredibly and gives a technical error and does not upload my documents. Help!

Every time I try to open the Uni Assist site it displays this message: "Due to a power failure at our energy supplier, our servers are currently not available again. We work on a solution."
I finished my payment 20 min before the deadline, but it says that it was unsuccessful 2 hours after. Very incompetent website
Worked fine on Friday. Couldn't access most of the site on SAT 14 but at least got to log in sometimes. Once I did, I couldn't see my documents or proceed to check out. Now I can't even log in, all I get is this message: ,,Unable to sign in at the moment. Please try again later."

Uni assist doesn't work properly. I've been trying for more than 24hours but I cannot pay and it seems I will miss the deadline.
We did it! Payed for and submitted my application just now, after many, many hours of struggle over the past 24h. Had HUGE problems. Here is what worked for me (and the people who helped me): we opened several tabs and kep hitting refresh on: https://my.uni-assist.de/auswahlliste - that will lead you to your selection list. (you already have to be logged in and your browser must remember that, just keep trying to log in by refreshing page). During the HOURS of trying we occasionally got through to the "selection list". If an error message occurred, we needed to start over and refresh a bunch of tabs again until we eventually got to a version of the "selection list" which did not display any faulty error messages and that allowed us to proceed with payment. This takes forever, so have patience. CRUCIAL: Once you get past "chose payment option" and make it to "kasse" ("check out" in English), chances are you will still receive error messages. DO NOT refresh page again! Rather, use the "back" / "zurück" button to toggle back and forth between the "chose payment option" and "check out" page. Be slow! Wait for the page to load. Do not rush ticking the boxes (privacy, compliance, etc). Toggle back and forth until you get a clear to move on to pay and check out. Then, you did it. Be persistent, be patient. Sending love and strength!
I’ve been trying to pay for application for 24 hours now and still nothing. Already missed my deadline and there is no response or comment on any channel from uni assist..

Sometimes the log-in fails, and when it does work, I get messages stating technical difficulties. Courses don't load in my applications tab, or payment isn't enabled, or I can't upload documents :(
