why is my Teeveeing showing a problem saying cannot connect to internet . when it is working for everything else on wifi. it shows Connection error We are unable to connect to the server . Make sure thet wifi or mobile data is turned on , then try again to which it has been checked and is connected but not for teeveeing?
I am continually having to sign in to TV Mucho…today I put in a password, was told it was wrong, changed it through the system and was told again it was wrong, then had to wait 10 mins to try again…wasting so much time it’s annoying!

wrote to you a few times yesterday about a subscription issue. There is no problem with my debit card or Swedish bank account so please try to take the monthly subscription again. I can’t reinput the same information on the app as it gets declined.

It is constantly asking me to sign in . Even though I am a member living in Soain. It was bad enough keep on having to sign in with the code but now that has been done away with. You now want an email and the password. I am not too keen on giving out my Password for my email. How often will we have to keep on signing in? It seems at least once a month..I was thinking I could give my Passwird the once and then change it once I am in but I don't want to have to be changing my Passwird every month !

Hi i have been with TV mucho for a couple of years there has always been a few problems signing in and not remembering pass words etc.. I am paid up till nest October 23. Every time i try to log in it says email does not exist although is the same one my account with Tvmucho. I have tried about 20 times and have sent in 4 emails to Tvmucho and PZAZ they have replied asking me to change my password which i did and it still does not work. .They said it was working fine but not for me.. I have removed both apps from my phone and put them back still no joy. They obviously they are having a lot of problems lets hope they get to grip with it....
