Over the last 15 years I tried and tested many hosting companies and their VPS and dedicated servers.

They are good with customer support.
I've used TransIP as the host for all my websites for more than 6 years.
Since the day I discovered TransIP, I'm not wasting time on searching for something better, TransIP is simply the BEST!!
It takes over 4 weeks to get a response and by that time, they tell you that you owe them the anual fee.
I decided to stop using their services and emailed them about it, but they didn't respond.
It seems that this has been going on for years and I guess this company rather receives bad and negative reviews than fixing their mistakes.

Even with a difficult hosting situation where they didn’t have to put in the extra effort, they went the full mile.
TransIp has in my opinion great customer service and care, they reply quit fast and also with actual usable answers.
I purchased one year hosting and domain name for a period of one year.

Je krijgt snel antwoord maar je kunt er weinig mee. verwijzen naar AV .... alsof iedereen die leest.
Been a customer for years and was always satisfied, but after the Carona they turned into money wolves and block you when you still owe them money. response to questions is answered in such a way that it is of no use to you at all. just pay is the message.
Now i paid for a whole year (way too much to be honest) and I do not have a domain that I can use. Not happy at all.
Product is more complex to use and the unpaid versions you are thrown dead with advertising MEGA. NZ is a lot friendlier.
The dashboard for customers is at first somewhat confusing but it offers more control than I find elsewhere.

They decided to have only payed formulas but because they'd lost most of my data they gave me some free space.
TransIP provides a decent service with quick and reliable customer support, often responding within an hour, even during weekends and late evenings.
Like (apparently) many before me they didn’t send me any renewal notifications, they just send you an invoice telling you have to pay before you have the chance to cancel.
Honestly have never seen such good support from a hosting company.
However, they fall short when it comes to notifying customers about renewals, only sending invoices after the renewal costs have been incurred.
No gimmick and true professional grade services (including competent support). Thank you TransIP!
Since they didn’t want to help me cancel my last invoice I decided enough was enough and I moved away all my 10 domains from this scammy company.
Their dashboard offers great control but can initially be confusing.
Over the past 7 years, I can always rely on them to help me out.
Today I received a warning that you guys were going to charge me extra if I don't pay...
Even after reading their FAQ, it's simply not there.
But like all others, they fall short in renewals.
I removed all my domain names at the beginning of this year out of dissatisfaction, after a year there are still all kinds of invoices outstanding that you will not be informed about until a collection agency is on your email. people do not go into the sea. they are a bunch of money wolves and nothing else.
They will let you pay even if you remove your domain te same day as the onvoice.
Not only that, I’ve noticed that their support team responds very accurately and very fast.
Jaren lang klant geweest en was altijd tevreden maar na de Carona zij ze veranderd in geldwolven en blokkeren je op het moment dat je ze nog geld schuldig bent. reactie op vragen wordt beantwoord op zo een manier dat je er helemaal niets aan hebt. gewoon betalen is de boodschap. heb mijn domeinnamen begin dit jaar allemaal weggehaald uit onvrede blijkt er na een jaar nog allerlei facturen open te staan waar je totaal van niet op de hoogte wordt gesteld tot dat een incasso bureau op je mail staat. mensen niet mee in zee gaan. het zijn een stelletje geld wolven en niet anders.

Any decent company would send you a warning; so do Spotify, Norton, Netflix and so many more as soon as your free subscription turns into a payed one.
