Excellent service ordered late Monday night arrived Wednesday.
She seemed agitated and not really interested.
Got my new senco gun delivered next day unfortunately had a slight issue.. 1 fone call and an email later totally resolved at there expense can't fault the delivery or customer service will defo recommend and will be using them again in the near future ..
I ordered two simple Marshaltown products. Paid.
Had what I wanted in stock and it was delivered(for free) the next day.
No offer of compensation offered for the delivery fee.
Order late one day and received 2 days later.
Order placed over a month ago, phoned twice now and been told be here in a few days, another 2 weeks pass, just phoned again and told no one in that dept is answering, they’ll get back to me tomorrow…. 🥱 Complete waste of time, asked for refund, lets see how that goes…. guess thats what happens when you deal with monkeys!
Never used toolchimp before but after reading the reviews I went and ordered the stabila dark shadow level set.
E mails arrives to say thank you and order shipped, then..... nothing.
It was made very easy to place my order, Toolchimp kept me informed what was going on and my order was delivered in good time, Great service.
No communication after the order when I paid for 24 Hour delivery. 5 days later I contacted them and told item is siting at post office.
Item genuine and as described. I will defo use again.
Refund is on its way so we shall see.

The Kent & Stowe ratchet loppers were a good price even with the delivery charge and are brilliant to use. (An obvious competitor also had a good price and free delivery - but no stock. ) Would use Tool Chimp again.

I recently ordered two Dewalt Tstak boxes with the large handles .
The item I wanted wasn’t in stock, but ToolChimp emailed me as soon as they had it again.
By far the cheapest on the net.
I said I never saw that info, to which she replied it’s on there.
Needed order for last weekend.
Boxes came next day but unfortunately they were wrong .
Item came within reasonable time, I thought it said delivery within 2days however it took 6 days.
terrible, ordered and heard nothing for over a week so i spoke to them to cancel the order and have a refund. now been over 2 weeks and still nothing on my refund. do not order from this website!
Contacted by Chat and told 1 item is here second not aailable because of manufacturing delay, what a load of cobblers, really.
My order isn't even on their system.
But the service I’ve received to rectify the problem well it’s been outstanding- new boxes have arrived and wrong boxes collected.
Website easy to navigate.
But I can live with that, 4 stars not 5 was because of the first customer service call I made the lady said the item I had ordered was not with them but at some other location and would be delivered towards the end of the following week which I said delivery should be 2 days to which she replied that would be the case if they had in stock but don’t I questioned her why but all she said it’s on the website that it2 to 5 days and that’s that.
