When you call to ask what is happening, depending on which way the wind blows, some people say it isn't on stop and others say it is on stop.
I will be having the call pulled. couldn't care less attitude to it!

Had initial TEXTt from TNT ON 27 January 2023. No delivery. Called and complained.
Passport Office email said the TNT delivery would follow shortly.
I'd advise to skip your shipment if it's link with this company.
"Customer not in" (Still not true).
No confirmation from TNT or delivery.
As the alleged debt has been moved to someone else, apparently all the invoices and details are removed from the FedEx/TNT system so no one can tell me specifically which alleged invoice is unpaid.
I was so worried as a passport is so much more important.
Excuses from "Not told about boxes" (Not true) to "No packaging" (not true).
You can’t contact anyone to make a claim.
They keep sending messages stating that they will arrive between 8am and 5 pm but they never do.
Within an hour, he phoned me, I directed him and I have my passport.
They dont answer the claim.
TNT, was delivering the parcel to a wrong address, luckily l was sitting on the window l have to come out of my house and follow this lady to my dispointment only one came, that means another hassle to receive the 2nd one.
Very bad managed and terrible customer support.
Nothing on cctv and had not been to our house.
Please please check the address properly and deliver it to a right address.
Had a notification that hubby passport was being delivered.... nothing arrived.
Never delivered and faked a signature to steal my package.
Our account has been put on stop since before Christmas but FedEx/TNT do not contact the account holder to let them know, they just don't turn up for collections.
There is nothing good about this company.
Had 3 deliveries from other companies during that time but no atempt delivery from TNT.
It showed that the delivery was due today.
Marked as delivered but it wasn't. No evidence of delivery.
After waiting 2 weeks, checked tracking which showed delivery supposedly made to correct address - but with the wrong front door pictured.
But majority do not want to know so we can go watch it later and not have been told the score - honestly shocking production, shocking price of the quality, horrendous after match awkward chat.
Tracking link doesnt work, So email - no response,, You call up & Get abuse from snotty customer service agents who are too busy with their own conversations!
Sent my info to a debt collection agency despite not actually telling me I owed anything!
They also didn’t bother to phone me like most other delivery companies do.
My packaged status was set as receptionned by me even, tho I wasn't contact to get it. Packaged not delivered.
